Oral history is widely recognized and used as a tool for creating more inclusive collections that reflect and engage the diversity of the communities that archivists support, but the role of archivists working with oral history is not one that is frequently explored. Archivists from a range of different institutions speak about innovative approaches to using oral history to actively document, share, and connect communities to the archive.
