Oral history collections offer original content to researchers. The steps taken "behind the scenes" before these records are accessed are unique. Four archivists at various stages of creating and implementing policy reveal how they use and share primary sources while excluding sensitive and confidential information. Hear how a freelance writer and historian, an archivist from a private art museum, an archivist from a public museum, and an oral history administrator walk this fine line--gracefully.
