407 - Plan B: How Archivists Navigate Caregiving Responsibilities and Work/Life Balance

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

In this inclusive conversation about caregiving and its impact on professional engagement, facilitators encourage audience members to share differences and similarities. Remote participation options are offered to colleagues whose caregiving responsibilities may impede attendance. Issues include: making decisions about relocations or promotions; re-entering the workforce after family medical leave; and following ambition within the confines of life situations. The speakers seek to connect caregivers and discuss how we can advocate for more inclusivity within our own organizations.
