Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Join us for the 2nd annual Advocacy Forum! 2017 has brought several opportunities—and not a few challenges—for the archives profession, especially in terms of outreach, advocacy, and public policy. Panelists will share their experience and lead an interactive discussion on how we can proactively raise awareness of archives in our local communities, advocate for issues of critical importance to our profession, and have a positive impact on the policy dialogue at the local, state, and national level. (Cosponsored by the SAA Committees on Public Policy and Public Awareness and Issues and Advocacy Section.)
