Strengthening relationships within our institutions results in mutually beneficial partnerships and increased support for the archives. Panelists discuss methods of identifying the needs of the internal community, developing programs that make the archives essential to the organization's work and mission, and encouraging internal users to view and use the archives in new ways. As part of the discussion, the panelists invite audience members to share their own ideas for internal outreach efforts.
