The Archivists of Religious Collections Section (ARCS) offers a robust panel presentation at their 2017 SAA section meeting. Four panelists will address the concept of social history (“history with the people put back in” – Fulbrook, 2005) as it is effectively researched in religious collections. ARCS members and others are invited to attend and participate in discussion around this timely topic. The section’s business meeting will follow.
