- Audiovisual Archivist at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library and Museum (2003 – present). Completed Preservation/digitization projects include the Presidential Speeches, The Speeches of the First Lady and Mrs. Johnson’s Audio Diary, LBJ’s pre-presidential speeches, Oral Histories and speeches of members of his staff.
- Created a curriculum to teach audio preservation, reformatting and the management of sound archives for the Graduate School of Information Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
- Teaches introductory and advanced classes for graduate level students in the Preservation and Conservation Studies Department housed in the School of Information at the University of Texas at Austin.
- Reviewed and created a bibliography of audio preservation literature for the National Recording Preservation Board (Library of Congress). This bibliography was completed in 2007 and is part of the NRPB’s National Plan for Audio Preservation.
