Beth Shields is the Kentucky State Archivist and Director of the Archives and Records Management Division at the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives. Shields previously served as the Manager of the Electronic Records Management Branch, and as the Electronic Records Archivist for the Department. She holds an M.S.L.S from the University of Kentucky.
